Lilly Ledbetter gives us a clue when she quotes McCain on the issue of equal work for equal pay. McCain dismissed the wage gap between men and women by saying women just "need education and training." With patronizing comments like that, no wonder Obama/Biden lead McCain/Palin in the polls by 16 points among women voters.
